    Products must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
    b. The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
    c. Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.

    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team through email or phone within the 14-day return window.
    b. Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation for the return.
    c. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return shipping label, if applicable.
  3. Return Shipping:
    The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect, error, or incorrect item sent by our webshop.
    b. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely return of the product(s).
    c. If the return is due to our error, we will reimburse the return shipping costs upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).
  4. Refund Process:
    Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
    b. If the returned item(s) are approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
    c. Refunds will include the purchase price of the item(s) and any applicable taxes, but not the original shipping charges.
  5. Exchanges:
    If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above.
    b. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process a refund to the original payment method and you can place a new order for the desired item.
  6. Damaged or Defective Items:
    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately.
    b. We may request supporting evidence such as photographs of the damage or defect.
    c. Depending on the situation, we will either arrange a replacement, a repair, or a refund, including any associated return shipping costs.
  7. Exceptions:
    Underwear, swimwear, and accessories like socks or hats cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, unless they are unopened and in their original packaging.
    b. Clearance or final sale items are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective.
